Every once in a while, especially when your stress levels are high, turn on a comedy or music instead of the news.
Stress can be severe and take a toll on your health. If you find yourself experiencing anxiety, depression, dizzy spells, a pulse that races, bad headaches, bad backaches or chronic neck pain, it is time to talk to your doctor about your options. Catching stress-related symptoms early helps you stay healthy and well.
Playing a game is a great way to reduce your stress, as it is fun and will take your mind off of your troubles. Invite a few friends over and play a board game, and after the entertainment, serve dinner and dessert. This will serve as a nice form of relief to your hectic day.
A good way to reduce the level of stress sin your life is to identify what causes you anxiety. Once identified, you eliminate or reduce these stresses. Try deep breathing exercises in order to reduce stress. Take one deep breath in and hold it for 3 seconds, then exhale as slowly as possible. Do this several times until you feel yourself starting to calm down. Breathing is one of the easiest ways we have to naturally calm ourselves.

Sleeping is essential to a healthy body. If you are tired, you will not have the ability to properly manage your stress. You have to get a full dose of sleep every night if you want your body to live up to its potential, and your energy levels to last all day.
