Make sure you are getting the vitamins and minerals you need in your diet, and consider taking a multi-vitamin every day. Not only will you feel calmer and less stressful, you will improve your all around health as well.

Most of us in life will be stressed out from time to time. Whether it’s from being overworked, inundated with debt with too many bills to pay or up to our necks in screaming kids, stress can come from a multitude of places.
