Stress can be a vicious cycle so find small ways of breaking it up to avoid it breaking you down! If there is no way to completely avoid stress we can at least make it intermittent!

Take more vitamins. Vitamin B has been shown to help reduce stress. Try to take between 100 percent and 300 percent of the daily allowance. Stay away from vitamins labeled as stress relievers as they are usually just vitamin B.

This is important because you have people there to help you and you should make the most out of your resources. Of course, this may not work for everyone but for those who have it as an option, it is extremely important to take advantage of.

If you are looking to reduce your stress, a great way is to take a positive approach to your situation. We tend to feel the most stressed when we feel the most out of control. By taking an active role rather than a passive role in your situation, you will feel much more control over the situation, which in turn means less stress.

A great way to lower your stress level or beat it all together, is to find an activity or hobby that you enjoy. Whether it be a reading club, gardening, or bike riding, find something that will give you a place to get away from it all, and just have fun.

Every funny moment or joke you come across should be entered into it. In addition to being a fun project, writing funny things can imprint them into your mind. And writing fun things can help you to have a little more fun.
