Our stomachs may be so upset by the stress that we can barely eat anything. Either reaction is potentially dangerous. Minimizing your stress level can radically improve your dietary choices.

Many activities which most people associate with good times can actually induce stress in some individuals. Video games are relaxing at first but overdoing them causes frustration and takes away time from things that you need to be doing. You could also be missing out on vital sleeping, eating and socializing time.
