Though stressful events can seem daunting, if you approach such situations wisely and armed with a few key facts, you can certainly retain your composure. If you read through these tips, you can find out how to manage your stress.

Stress can have a very negative effect our digestive systems. According to the individual, stress might result in diarrhea or even constipation. When our digestive system isn’t working properly, this only adds to our stress, and the effect is a never-ending vicious circle. Be silly! Acting a little silly or crazy can remove you from a stressful situation. Do something that makes you laugh and helps you to forget about your stress for a few minutes. Research shows that smiling and laughing, even if it is fake can help to take some stress away.
