Think serene thoughts and visualize yourself calm when you start to feel overwhelmed and stressed. Imagine that you’re in a hot bath or shower and that waves of relaxation rinse your stresses down the drain. As an alternative, close your eyes and picture yourself at a place that relaxes you most, such as the beach or in a field. Focus on the calmness of your surroundings.

A little time out, if you will? This is important because many people need an activity that will help to give them an outlet, for their frustrations.
